WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

ABOUT OUR EVENTS

Throughout the year, we organise workshops and events with experienced Iyengar Yoga teachers. These offer an opportunity to explore aspects of yoga, strengthen your understanding and practise alongside students from across our community.

We hold three workshops each year, led by experienced local teachers and visiting teachers from across the UK. These workshops offer an opportunity to explore your practice in greater depth, learn from different teachers and connect with the wider Iyengar Yoga community.
